Don’t worry they don’t taste weird. They don’t even really taste like kale anymore.

I hope I don’t need to convince you on the benefits of kale. It’s a green leafy vegetable, packed with vitamins and minerals your body needs. So, it’s awesome if you follow a plant based diet, or just want a healthy alternative to potato chips.

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2. Wash kale and cut into chip smaller pieces.

3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil.

4. Add some seasoning to taste: salt, pepper, etc.

5. Bake for about 30 minutes.

6. Be amazed. Or confused. Whichever.
